Ruth really needs no introduction, from Young Chef of the Year to Great British Menu winner in 2020, Ruth’s passion and skill is virtually unmatched in the world of cuisine. Starting out, very early, Ruth studied at the prestigious Westminster Kingsway College, before entering the restaurant scene working at The Ritz, Luton Hoo, Pomona’s and is currently the Head Chef of The Princess of Shoreditch, East London.
